Attending a conference is a physical challenge. Why don’t you also attend a Qi Gong practice to increase your energy and mobility while calming your mind, to make the most of SIP 2016 ?
Qi Gong courses are provided in English by Lionel Cruzille. Lionel is a Qi Gong teacher certified by the Quimetao School. He is also a Shiatsu (Acupressure) practitioner in Tours and the author of three books on Chinese medicine and meditation (www.http://lionelcruzille.com).
Qi Gong, literally “Life Energy Cultivation” is one of the oldest systems of coordinated body posture and movement with roots in Chinese medicine. It is a simple and gentle practice involving coordinating slow flowing movements, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind. The course provided at SIP 2016 is a Taoist 12 treasure Qi Gong.
Practical information :
Duration is 45 minutes and will take place at the Vinci Conference congress.

There is no need for special equipment and previous experience is not necessary.
Make sure you bring loose and comfortable clothing. Qi Gong is not supposed to get you sweaty. Please come 5 minutes before the course starts, to get the time to change.
Qi Gong is a safe activity for all ages, but we cannot accept participants with unhealed wounds or fractures, known cardiovascular diseases, severe joint disorders, incapacitating back pains or any serious illness.
The class is free but registration is mandatory. The number of participants is limited to 40 persons.
